great night at the club last night (12/05/09), with 35
turning up to listen to Emma Kingzett the Sports
Scientist from Lucozade.
Good feedback from those there and a lot of interesting
tips from Emma.
She brought along samples and even had some that were
not yet on the market for Harriers to try. Maybe some
more pb's to come.
