I try to
do at least 4 runs a week, sometimes 5, very

how fit I am and if I'm training for a marathon.

little and very occasionally - I keep telling
myself I should do daily stretching and core
strength work.....BUT

Currently
I am enjoying running in Mizuno Wave's, but I've
found ASICS and Saucony shoes suit me.
It's best to get specialist advice if you can
rather than depend on a firend/colleague's
recommendation.

any length?
For
scenery, it's the Coniston 14 run in early April
around Coniston Water in the Lake District.
For atmosphere (and because I've run good times
there), it has to be the London
Marathon.
