The ID card within the Sports ID Wristband can easily be updated / exchanged to allow for changes in address, emergency telephone numbers or medical details.
The ID Card
Each wristband comes with 2 waterproof ID cards and additional packs of cards can be purchased. Each card enables you to record the vital information the emergency services may need. Each card has space for the following information:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Emergency Contact #1 Details
• Emergency Contact #2 Details
• Allergies
• Medications
• Other Info.

We recommend that you use an ultra-fine tipped permanent pen to record your details onto the card. You can purchase suitable pens (black or red) from ourselves or from many other stationary retailers. If you do buy a pen from elsewhere, please ensure that it is ultra-fine tipped (the cards are quite small) and that it is permanent to ensure that it does not fade over time or during activities such as swimming.
How to Use

• Take the card out of the wristband (or use the spare card provided) and complete the details you feel are important. Provide as much information as you are comfortable giving out.
• Insert the completed card into the wristband.
• Fasten the wristband around your wrist.
• You are all set!

Remember!
When you are out running or cycling, you probably don't even think to carry any identification with you. The number of people injured or killed when out doing sports is alarming. Whether the accident is caused by pedestrians, other road users or another incident such as a blackout, concussion, heart attack, heatstroke or exhaustion, carrying your ID information will certainly help the emergency services and may just save your life.
