LEFT AT MRI AFTER THIS RUN - PLEASE CLAIM DIRECT FROM
HIM.

YOUR WEBPAGE IN THE CORNER TO MAKE IT WIDER - ALL WILL

Chris
Skellern, Brian Langston and Jane Bisiker
organised this years Stafford Half preview run and
no fewer than 50 runners turned up for it
on Sunday
7th March.
Mainly drawn from the Monday night and Friday
night groups with a smattering of 'old stagers'
the run set off from the MRI and covered the
Stafford half course.Well done to those who
turned out and took part. Excellent weather
conditions and all finished within 2½
hours, with
some of the front runners doing nearer 18 miles
than a half. Everyone deemed it a great
success.. Thanks to the other
club coaches, to Richard Bisiker and Paul Wilson
(cycle marshalls) and to Peter Burns (travelling
water station and ‘sag wagon’). Water stations
much appreciated and thankfully no-one
‘sagged’! Lucozade
a plenty for all the finishers. Hopefully the
21st March will
be as successful for
all concerned. Just a reminder
that once again the County Staff Club in Eastgate
Street will be open on the day for changing
facilities and post race rehydration and
recuperation!
