STAFFS KNOT 2011

STAFFS KNOT RESULTS

The Staffs Knot took place on 10th August and the weather just about held out. The race was won by Ben Gamble of Tipton Harriers in 26-12 and the Ladies race was won by Sarah Johnson of Trentham AC in a new course record time of 29-45.

The men's team race was won by Stafford Harriers and the ladies team race was won by Trentham AC.
