A new “Return to Road Running” sessions

Has your running suffered by not running with a group? Spent too much time in the armchair rather than out pounding the streets? Well fear not, we’ve got you covered.

Our new club session, return to road running could be just the thing you need.

On Monday night (not a bank holiday), from the cricket club, we will start a short series of road runs. The first week will be 30 minutes, we will add 10 minutes each week building up to an hour over a 4 week period. We will then reset to 30 minutes, so if you can’t make the 17th you will be able to join us when you can. You don’t have to follow the whole series, feel free to jump in when and where you want.

If you haven’t run for a year, we would recommend a few weeks on the Monday or Wednesday Improvers Speed Session to build your fitness in a nice safe environment.

Officially this will be an improvers session but it is open to everyone.

Booking will open as normal on the Friday before the event.
