Stafford Harriers Strength and Conditioning

On Monday 9th May, we will be holding our first Stafford Harriers Strength and Conditioning session at the Cricket Club (Weather Permitting) The session will begin at 6pm with a 20-25 min warm up run and then an instructor from Slogan Fitness will lead us in a session designed to help with active recovery, strength for running, injury prevention and mobility. It’s a free session to all Harriers and if popular will become a feature on our summer calendar.

 

We will also be holding the Juniors, and if there is demand the Improvers Road Run and Progression Road Run.
