WELLBEING THROUGH RUNNING

Following our successful application to Active Together we have been awarded a small grant to support people becoming more active.

It is well reported that participating in sporting activities can help improve physical and mental wellbeing and help make connections with people.

For 2022 we are able to provide a limited number of free membership and other benefits for anyone  on benefits or referred by their GP or medical adviser. For more details in confidence email wellbeing@staffordharriers.co.uk

This opportunity for anyone who is interested in joining the junior or senior run groups.
