If you can run continuously for 55 minutes at 13 to 10 minute per mile. Run a park run without stopping (ignore steep hills).
The aim is to show people that running can actually be fun and that you don’t have to be an international class runner to belong to a club!
It’s great for those wishing to take up the sport and wanting to find out what club running is all about.
We hold three Improvers groups per week Mondays at Rowley Park – meet at the lower car park from 6:00 pm Wednesday at Rowley Park – meet at the lower car park from 6:00 pm Friday (Winter at Riverway – Summer at the Castle/Chase) from 6:00 pm
We should be in the summer routine but Coronavirus has stopped all sessions.
