Progression Group

It is designed to help people move from the improvers group to the slightly harder runs of Tuesday and Thursday.

The session lasts an hour and the routes are mapped and measured. It is aimed for people that are regularly towards the front of the Improvers group and should be capable of 10 minute per mile or faster.

This group is held on Monday night 6.00 pm at Rowley Park Stadium.
